Hi There, I’m Brandi
I left my career as a college admissions advisor to go back to school with the goal of helping others in a new capacity. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from UTA, I earned my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University. Ever since then, I have been providing therapy for people suffering from mental health struggles, addiction, eating disorders, trauma, and life challenges. I use an eclectic approach that includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotional Transformation Therapy, and some components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is my goal to help clients find their inner strength and capacity for healing. I am a believer that life is meant to be purposeful and celebrated, not suffered through. Being recovered from addiction myself for 15+ years, I wholeheartedly know that recovery is not just possible, it is fulfilling and beautiful. In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, reading, meditating, traveling, spending time with my husband and children, and connecting with friends and family.
I help you tap into your ability to gain independence, reignite your passions, and accomplish your goals.
